FCRG type thousand-type organic composite insulation wall bushing is China's own technology of independent innovation. Currently, there are only traditional oil-filled and epoxy-impregnated wall bushings in the world.
The early model is the STA type, which was made in 1989 by making two GDZ type dry capacitor type cable terminals back to back on a small section of XLPE cable, which is used as a wall bushing. In 1994, the model was changed to STB after improvement. The improved model again is the FCRG model.
FCRG type dry-type power through-wall bushing, its main insulation adopts capacitive structure, adopts plastic film-based organic composite insulation material, and high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber as outer insulation material.
FCRG type dry wall bushing is a capacitor-type main insulating core wound on the primary carrier fluid. The outer sheath is tightly wrapped on the capacitor core. The middle part is the mounting flange, and the flange is equipped with measuring terminals. , open it when measuring partial discharge or dielectric loss, and must be grounded reliably during normal operation.
